On March 4 and 5, 2021, meetings of representatives of the international tour operator TUI (Touristik Union International) with students and teachers took place in ONAHT. The meeting was dedicated to internship programs and training and internships in Turkey for students. The event was attended by students from 1st to 5th courses and teachers.
The German international tour operator TUI is the leader in the Western European tourism market, serving more than 20 million tourists each year. More than 67,000 employees work in TUI offices in various European countries, and today in the global tourism market under the auspices of TUI there are 6 airlines (150 aircraft), 16 ocean liners and more than 300 hotels in 30 countries.
A seminar-presentation was held for students, during which future tourism professionals had the opportunity to get acquainted with the activities of the international tour operator, the structure of the holding TUI Group, the main directions of its work and geographical, natural, historical and cultural features of the modern Republic of Turkey. After completing the internship, each intern receives an international certificate.
